1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is formulated by me (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "myself") to explain how I collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use "AI Humanizer" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). This Service is independently developed and operated by me (Nambo) without any affiliated entity companies.

2. Types of Information I Collect

I only collect the minimum information necessary to provide this Service, as follows:

• Information you actively provide:

  When you register an account, submit detection requests, or contact me, you voluntarily provide email address, username, detection content text/files, feedback information, etc.

• Automatically collected information:

  When you access this Service, the server automatically records basic technical information, including but not limited to IP address, browser type, device information, access time, page operation logs, etc., only for service stability maintenance and security protection.

• Payment-related information:

  You make payments through third-party payment service provider Creem. I do not directly collect your sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers and payment passwords. I only receive non-sensitive information returned by the payment service provider such as order ID and transaction status to verify and confirm your subscription and order status.

3. How Information is Used

I only use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide, maintain and optimize the core functions of this Service (such as AI detection service, API access management);
• Process your account registration, subscription orders, after-sales inquiries and problem feedback;
• Send service-related notifications (such as password reset, service updates, order status changes);
• Analyze service usage, improve product experience, and enhance service stability;
• Comply with mandatory requirements of applicable laws and regulations, or respond to legitimate judicial/regulatory requests.

I will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party.

4. Information Storage and Protection

Your personal information will be stored in compliant cloud servers located in Washington, D.C., USA (East). The storage period is: continuous storage during the account existence, and deletion of all identifiable personal information within 15 working days after you cancel your account (except for those required by laws and regulations).

I will take reasonable technical and management measures to protect your information security, including data encryption, access control, regular security maintenance, etc. However, please note that Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be 100% secure, and I will do my best to protect your information security.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right of access:You can view and export your personal information in account settings;
• Right to rectification:You can correct inaccurate personal information in account settings;
• Right to erasure:You can apply to cancel your account, and I will delete your personal information according to regulations;

• Cloud server and database services (Vercel, PostgreSQL);
• Payment processing services (Creem);
• Data analysis uses self-developed models, security protection (Vercel).

This Service is open to users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please use this Service with the consent of your guardian and do not voluntarily provide personal information.
